The front face of this 3/4 inch sports medal bears an engraved image of a basketball that is about to score in a hoop, as well as a diamond-cut scalloped border that decorates the entire medals edge. A St. Christopher engraving adorns the medals back face, which is available only in sterling silver, and it comes with a 20 inch long stainless steel rhodium finish chain and jewelry box. This medal cannot be custom engraved.
