Returns Policy

At Graduation Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review the return guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Products are non-returnable.
     This includes all customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at sales@graduationinc.com with your order number.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the returned item is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Delays

Graduation Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
We are not liable for packages delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier first.
We will assist where possible, but Graduation Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
