It comes in multiple colors and can be engraved or imprinted only on the back face, as the front face is decorated with a design illustrating the bust of a musician with lines of sheet music in the background; following the inner circumference of the image is the phrase: 'In Honor of Musical Excellence'. This medal is available in gold, silver, or bronze.
