It is available only in gold and can be engraved or imprinted only on the back face, as the front face bears a design illustrating a quill and scroll with the words 'Honor Roll' stamped on it. Following the inner curve of the medal, 'History Math Science English' is written on the top end, and 'Language Arts' on the bottom end.
